 New EDF AMX

Gentlemen,

We would like to introduce j-power brand new range of EDFs. We have looked into their product and are very happy with the quality of their R&D and the quality of their planes. The Planes we have decided to carry are all new and are rare in today's market. It is the A-7 Corsair II, the ever 'Phabulous' F-4 Phamtom and the lesser known but very attractive AMX fighter. All of the planes are scale.

This range of planes are 4th generation EDFs. They are design to be handlaunch without bungee, have good power through a wide range of speed and capable of all basic aerobatics. The EDF and motor combination has been chosen to provide optimum performance from take/landing thru to high speed passes. Even the exhaust area has been calculated to have a slight convergence to recover thrust at high speed while maintain sufficient thrust for take off and landing.

Due to the optimization of the powerplant, battery requirement has been dramatically reduced. The f-4 and AMX is designed to fly with 1300 to 1800 3S lipo. While the A-7, being a bigger plane is designed for 1500 to 2200 4s lipo.

The finishing of the Jets are exceptional. All decals are applied accurately and authentically capturing the character of the real jet. The Grey/white livery on the A-7 is airbrushed on very precisely. The AMX is painted polished aluminum and the f-4 Medium Sea Grey.

All j-power jets in our line are 95% completed. Only left the wings and the stabilizers to be glued on. The control surfaces, EDF, Motor, Servos and ESC are all preinstalled. Following Aerosmith-hobby concept of 'minimum grd time-maximum airtime' concept, we now offer fully assembled service for all j-power jet. If you like, we will build the plane to be receiver ready (ARTF) for absolutely free....just plug in receiver and battery, check control and CG and go flying. We understand for the most of us, time is a valued commodity.

With that I would like to introduce the AMX
1) length 900mm
2) Span 608mm
3) Flying weight about 530gms

The kit includes:
1) Airframe 95% completed.
2) 4 preinstalled servos
3) 64mm EDF with brushless motor preinstalled
4) 25 amp ESD preinstalled

Special: We are now offering free final assembly, on request, for all J-power planes. The plane will be receiver ready on completion. (this extra value added service is extended only to client/customer in Singapore)

Pls feel free to fwd any quieries.

New AMX colours....with water transfer decals. It looks great!

Now it comes with 30amp ESC for more power.
This plane has been flown very successfully in Singapore.

It is easy to launch and land with great low speed performance.
With the throttle open, it will satisfy your need for speed.

Look out for the video...will be ready soon.

Nice plane, but poorly designed wing to fuselage construction. Relies on glue joint with no spar or other construction. I blew the wing off on the first flight and totaled the airplane.

Sad to hear about your wing failure,

We epoxy our wings onto the fuse. It has more than 30 flights with no problem. As a matter of fact there is one AMX that has logged more than 30 flights and 3 crashes due glitches and the wings had not fail.

Most of foamy edf employ this method of wing to fuse attachment without a spar. From freewing to sapac. If a proper butt joint is glued on properly with epoxy, the foam will break before the epoxy joint.

Sorry to hear about your plane. Frankly this plane flies well enough to consider getting another. It is a load of fun. Good all round performer.

Best regards
